How to combine 360 tours with Facebook ads: tour as landing page, short videos cut from the tour as ad creative. No specific metric promises.

Combining 360 tours with Facebook ads

You have a beautiful 360 tour. You're running (or planning) Facebook ads. The two pair well — the tour is the "real goods" for ads to show off, ads are how the tour reaches the right people. How to combine them, with honest limits.

Method 1: Tour as the ad landing page

Instead of ads pointing at a generic homepage, point them at a page containing the 360 tour:

  • Guest taps ad → lands on tour → walks the space themselves → taps the in-tour contact button.
  • Keep the landing page lean: headline, embedded tour, 3–5 highlights, contact button. Don't make guests hunt for the tour down a long page.
  • Use per-campaign tour links with source parameters (as shown in sharing via Zalo/QR) to see which ad drives most tour views.

Method 2: Short videos cut from the tour as ad creative

Static panoramas from the tour can become short videos:

  • A 15–30s "walk around" the most beautiful space — ad creative material.
  • Add overlaid text: venue name, offer, "View full 360 tour" button linking to the landing page.
  • Vertical format for Reels/Stories, horizontal for feed.

Note: tour-cut video is genuine content — guests who tap through find the exact space from the video, building more trust than heavily photoshopped ad images.

Method 3: Retargeting tour viewers

People who opened the tour but didn't contact you are your warmest audience:

  • Run reminder ads to tour viewers: booking offers, good reviews from other guests.
  • Ad content should differ from the first touch — first showed the space, follow-ups give reasons to return (offers, upcoming events).

Honest limits

This article won't promise "ads with tours double your bookings" — ad performance depends on too much: budget, targeting, seasonality, your pricing vs competitors. A 360 tour solves one link: tappers see the real goods, raising contact likelihood. The rest (pricing, targeting, follow-up) is still your job.

For measurement, see measuring 360 tour results — knowing which ads drive tour views and contact taps is how you optimize.
