When you send an enquiry
The form collects your name, phone number, project type and photo status. The system also stores the language, submitting page path, time and request reference so StayPano can contact you, discuss scope and track the enquiry.
Storage and automated submission protection
Enquiries are stored in the database and viewed through the authenticated administration area. Connection information and phone numbers are used to limit submission frequency; rate limit keys are hashed before database storage. The website hosting platform may also process technical logs.
Website measurement
The website uses Vercel Web Analytics for traffic statistics. Form names and phone numbers are not sent to this tool; query parameters and URL fragments are removed from measured page URLs. A sample of visits is also measured for loading and response performance by page type, language and device.
External links and tours
When you open Zalo, an external link or a tour embedded from another platform, that service processes data under its own policies.
Requests about your information
Contact StayPano using the phone number or Zalo link on the contact page to request a review, correction or deletion of submitted information. Include your enquiry reference if available to help locate it; do not send sensitive information in the consultation form.
