Frequently asked questions

What to know when building a virtual tour from existing 360° photos: what to prepare, how to agree on scope and how to use your tour after handover.

Preparing your photos

What if I don’t have 360° photos yet?

We can explain the required photos so you can work with a suitable photographer. This service focuses on building tours from existing photos; photography is not included.

Which photos and information should I send?

Prepare original 360° panoramas, room or area names, verified amenities and your enquiry or booking link. Include your property logo if you need custom branding. Only send photos you have permission to use; ordinary photos cannot replace 360° panoramas.

Does every room need to appear in the tour?

Not necessarily. You can select a representative room for each category and spaces that help guests understand the property, such as the lobby, balconies or shared amenities. We agree on scenes based on the available photos and your goals, avoiding repetitive viewpoints that add little information.

Pricing & project scope

What determines the cost of a 360° tour?

Scenes, room groups, content, design and integrations determine the scope. StayPano quotes after reviewing your photographs and requirements, with hosting periods and update costs defined in the handover.

What are the steps for building a tour?

StayPano reviews your photos and requirements, then agrees on scenes, content and the quote scope. We create a preview for your feedback. Review rounds, website embedding and handover items are confirmed before work begins.

How long does it take to deliver a tour?

We confirm the schedule after reviewing your photos and agreeing on scope. Scene count, how complete your materials are, integrations and preview feedback all affect the timeline. Share your intended launch date when you enquire so we can agree on a suitable schedule.

Using your tour & handover

Does the tour work on mobile?

Yes. Visitors can choose scenes and look around on phones or computers. Embed code works with websites that support iframes and is tested within the agreed delivery scope.

Can the tour be updated after handover?

Updates depend on your access and delivery package. Platform fees, hosting periods and update costs are agreed before work begins.

What do I receive at handover?

The agreed scope defines the tour link, website embed code, access or documentation. Administration rights, hosting periods, platform fees and update costs are specified for your package; confirm these items before work begins.
