360 tours for model apartments in real estate
How do 360 tours of model apartments help sell real estate remotely? Must-have angles and the honesty rules for project marketing.

360 tours for model apartments in real estate
Buying a home is a huge decision — and more buyers now purchase apartments they've never set foot in: out-of-province buyers, overseas Vietnamese, investors. A 360 tour of the model apartment lets them "view the home" remotely, anytime. For agents and developers, it's a tool that visibly shortens the close.
Why real estate fits 360 tours
- Distant buyers: not everyone can reach the model house. Tours let them inspect every room before flying in — or close remotely.
- Comparing units: buyers torn between an east-facing 2BR and a west-facing 3BR — tour both units side by side and compare themselves instead of hearing descriptions.
- Saving viewing trips: agents send the tour link before appointments — clients arrive already familiar with the space, and the physical visit is for confirming and closing.
Must-have angles
1. Project lobby / reception. Attach: project location, construction progress, price-list link.
2. Each model unit type. Per type (studio, 2BR, 3BR, penthouse) a scene group: living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony. Attach: carpet vs usable area, balcony direction, reference price.
3. Balcony / view per unit. View drives price differences hardest — let buyers stand on each unit's balcony and compare views themselves instead of trusting "great view" claims.
4. Project amenities. Pools, gyms, kids' areas, inner parks — show what exists. Amenities are why buyers pick this project over the neighboring one.
The honesty rule — most important in real estate
A real-estate tour has one red line: only shoot what actually exists:
- A model apartment must be labeled as a model — never let buyers think it's the actual unit they'll receive.
- Unfinished amenities don't go in the tour, or are labeled "planned rendering" if using renders.
- Areas, directions and prices in info points must match official sales documents — one wrong number destroys trust and can raise legal issues.
Honest tours sell sustainably; dressed-up tours make buyers walk away on site — and damage the seller's reputation.
Where to place the tour for sales?
- Each unit's detail page: embed exactly that unit's scene group (how-to in how to embed a 360 tour).
- Direct to consulting clients: instead of describing in words, send the tour link with "take a walk through the 2BR yourself first."
- Project fanpage/Zalo OA: post the tour with a thumbnail, pin the post.
